Website Accessibility
HVAC Boise is a free homeowner referral service, not a heating and air conditioning company. Independent providers perform the work.
Use this page if part of the website is hard to read, reach, or operate. Furnace and central AC inquiries do not belong here. No conformity with a named accessibility standard is stated for the site or for the independent phone route.
How can I describe a website barrier?
Write to contact@hvacboise.org with the page address, the part that did not work, and the device or access method you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. A description such as a control not responding or text that is hard to read is more useful than a general statement that the site failed. This address is also for privacy rights and factual corrections. It does not arrange heating or cooling work, and a reply time is not promised.
What does dialing 711 do?
The federal relay definition identifies 711 as the abbreviated dialing code for reaching relay services anywhere in the United States. A person using a TTY can ask a relay service to place a telephone call. The referral number shown on other pages is separate. This website cannot promise that a relay call to its particular phone route will connect or that an independent provider will answer. Dialing 711 is not the same as contacting an HVAC business directly.
Can I find the topic another way?
The home page introduces furnace and central AC subjects. The questions page separates common service, safety, and provider-check questions, while contact explains how the phone route works. The privacy page explains data handling. If navigation itself is blocked, include the page and barrier in your message. Sending a website-barrier message does not place a service inquiry or secure an independent business.
